Jack Berni Contractor, LLC
Specializing in Seamless Rain Gutters & Siding
Since 1980
These pictures shown below are rain gutters WITH seams.  Seams will eventually leak
and are unsightly.  This is exactly why we only use SEAMLESS gutters.
Don't be fooled into buying cheap gutters that use inferior materials.  Poor installation
and unsightly seams can take away from the beauty of your home and cause leaking
which defeats the purpose.  Our seamless gutters never leak and the overall quality of
our
workmanship will provide years of satisfaction.
3.  Damage to Landscaping:

Plants, flowers, mulch and soil located under the drip line of an unguttered
roof can suffer from the water runoff of a thunderstorm.  Additionally, this
runoff can result in an overwatering condition that could permit harmful
fungus and mold to develop as well as attract ants, roaches, scorpions,
spiders, and especially termites.
2.  Staining of Masonry and Siding:

Rainwater cascading off an unguttered roof will hit the ground with
enough force to cause a splashback.  Over a short period of time, a stain
appears that can be difficult to remove or hide and can be an eye sore.  Any
exposed wood siding, wooden decks, etc. can be the victim of accelerated
rotting.
3 Top Reasons Why You Need Raingutters:

1.  Foundation Failure:

After a period of rainy weather, the soil around the perimeter of your home
expands as it becomes saturated with moisture.  A dry, hot summer
following the rain can cause the soil around your foundation to contract
and pull away.  As this cycle repeats,  support to the foundation can be
compromised leading to cracked masonry as well as sticking doors and
windows.  This is an ongoing major issue in northeast Texas and Southern
Oklahoma keeping foundation repair companies busy.  Raingutters are the
number one prevention for this problem.
